Many of us have been wired to complete tasks, get stuff done and be as productive as possible. Unfortunately, when we do this repeatedly, without taking breaks, we end up overly tight and exhausted. This will result in feeling more relaxed throughout the day so that you can jump into action as needed, and be able to fall asleep more easily and wake more rested.
